A Leading Company in the Leisure Time Share industry seeking to employ a Switchboard Operator ASAP Must be available to start as soon as possible

Description:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Completed).
• Minimum 1 year Switchboard/Reception experience.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Computer Literate - MS Office.
• Must be friendly and able to handle pressure.

Job Description:

• Answer all incoming calls on the Switchboard +/- 170 call a day.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Ensure all transfers are done to right extensions.
• Daily reporting on all calls taken/transfers.
• High pressure environment.
